Naher Vorbeiflug eines Asteroiden

Am Freitagabend, dem 15. Februar 2013, fliegt der etwa 46 Meter grosse Asteroid namens „2012 DA14“ in lediglich 27‘732 km Distanz an der Erde vorbei.So nahe ist der Erde noch kein Asteroid dieser Grösse gekommen, seit man mit Teleskopen nach ihnen sucht.Ein einmaliges Schauspiel, das wir Ihnen mit unserem Teleskop der Sternwarte SIRIUS zeigen könnten.
